UK DELIVERY TERMS

All UK orders will be delivered FREE of charge via CSM LOGISTICS, taking up to 2-3 days to reach you. For now, orders are within the UK and Europe only.

For countries outside of the UK, there is a £12 SHIPPING charge.

We SHIP TO: AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, IRELAND, ITALY, NETHERLANDS, NORWAY, PORTUGAL, SPAIN & SWEDEN.

All orders placed before 2PM GMT will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 2PM GMT will be sent the following day. If your order is placed after 2PM on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be shipped on the following Monday*.

We deliver our jumpers in recycled, recyclable cardboard boxes - OUR LOGO is on the TOP/front so if you’re trying to go incognito- beware! ✌︎

RETURNS

If by any faint chance you are unhappy with your Jumper, your order can be returned for a full refund or exchange* within 14 days. 

Please use the address provided on your returns note - attach to your parcel and send (address also noted below). Please ask the Post Office for proof of postage.

Please note delivery costs will not be refunded.

RETURNS POLICY

Please return your item and the returns/exchange form (delivered with the goods) within 14 days of receipt of the goods (unless return falls within Christmas window). We will give you a full refund or exchange* and credit the account that payment was taken from.   

*If exchange item is in stock

All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead return your purchase to you.
